Hey @mozilla , can we exepct #PWA / #ProgressiveWebApp support in #Firefox again some day? Would be really great because I don't like to see my colleagues using #Edge on #Ubuntu because of it's #PWA support 😭 (and other browsers had some issues, too)
#Microsoft is such a nonsense company under Satya. What they are doing with #Edge on #Windows is really pushing me towards #LinuxMint. There are only a handful of apps like #ShareX that I use heavily on Windows and they do not have a good alternative on #Linux. But these are smaller issues if they can fix the larger problem with the Windows OS. Especially since I would be forced to upgrade to #Windows11, the day I get a new box.
Really hate to do this, but #Edge once again made my new tab page open in "content visible" mode with all the junk news displayed. I will be moving off it as my default browser. Really wish #Safari still worked on Windows, because now I have to resort to #Chrome since it works everywhere I do.
And to the Edge team: please, for customers' sake, do not mess with someone's settings. You lost all my open tabs on iOS once and now this. I will miss vertical tabs :-(
Nutzt hier jemand - entgegen jeder Empfehlung und Vernunft - den Microsoft Edge Browser?: "Microsoft Edge is leaking the sites you visit to Bing".
I decided to update Edge (even though I never use it) and was laughing aloud at its ever-increasingly desperate attempts to get me to use it as the default. NO. Just NO.
Now MS are offering "rewards" for using Bing and Edge... maybe if they got down on bended knee, or made me a coffee, or stopped that annoying whining noise for a moment...?
