And now, for waterfall Wednesday, I present... a waterfall. Which one? I can't recall and I don't have location data on this one. Probably Newfoundland? I dunno, but I like it so here it is!
You know what? The elections went really well and I'm in a good mood today, so here's one of my favorite waterfall photos from Newfoundland. All the whale watching ships leaving Bay Bulls and heading to Witless Bay duck into the cove and put their bows by the waterfall so people can get photos. That's fun, but I prefer this angle.
It's #Wednesday, so that must mean it's #WaterfallWednesday! This autumnal delight is from the Rose River Loop in Shenandoah. It's the best spot in the park on a cloudy or foggy day!
The name "Upper Shamokin Falls" always makes me laugh. I'm sure its origins are Native American, but "Shamokin" always sounds like an old-timey insult. "Hey Moe, get a load'a this shamokin! He says we ain't gonna use horses no more!"
It's Wednesday, and that means it's time for a waterfall! These unnamed cascades are in New Hampshire's White Mountain National Forest on the north branch of the Gale River.
