@kupfers But isn't it well-known that not even with "normal" first-class tickets are you allowed access to DB lounges, it needs to be the most expensive kind? (It's better in ÖBB and SJ lounges, there 1st class Interrail is good enough. And apparently in UK train company lounges, but I haven't tried that myself.)
Happened in a train today: A guy enters the first class car of a long distance train, drinks two cups of #FreeStuff coffee there in quite a haste, exits the next station, way before tickets are checked, gets a free ride and free coffee.
I'm clearing out my office in preparation for (eventually) moving, and I've found an old very obsolete Android tablet. It's a SuperPad III, which for some reason comes with an external cable-connectable GPS receiver. It's boxed and has never been used, but I can't find the AC adaptor. Would anyone on the Fediverse like it for free? Perhaps for taking apart and turning into something? I'll pay shipping within the mainland US. If not, it'll be going to the recycling center.

More good news: I have an invite to the opening event, but it's 10am on 9 June, and 8 June I am in Brussels, and 10 June I am meant to be in Luxembourg

Ditch everything in Brussels and go, and then hot-foot it to Saarbrücken or Luxembourg on 9 June afterwards? Or, sad though it is, stick to the original plan?
The #DB#ice International to #Amsterdam has lovely comfy seats in the @diningcar. I celebrated my final journey on a train with a proper plates with an extravagant proper glass of wine. I wanted sparkling, but they didn't have any so the nice lady gave me a bottle of white and a bottle of sparkling water as a compromise. Can recommend vegan chili sin carne. Also got #FreeStuff (think she fancied the puppet) #interrail
