The problem is that in the #USA most #WageWorkers can't miss a single #paycheck nor a surprise $400 expense, so #Striking is only an option of those not at the bottom...
And that's sad...
Cuz a #GeneralStrike may be the only thing that could get them those "perks" aka. things that are mandatory per law in Germany since the 1890s!
It's always, "giving raises and benefits and time off to workers will cause inflation," not "#CEOs and top execs getting millions in yearly raises and bonuses, and large corporations #price-gouging to line #shareholder pockets is causing inflation."

Stop blaming strikes for economic damage. Strikes are a logical response to overreach and greed from corporations and the wealthy. If there is resulting economic damage, look to those who drove the workers to strike in the first instance.
