Bei 18° und traumhaftem Sonnenschein🌞 waren heute schon viele #Mauerbienen unterwegs. Es wurde sich gesonnt, genascht, gekuschelt & die Bohrlöcher der Nisthilfen untersucht. Es macht Spaß sie zu beobachten und ihr könnt jetzt Nisthilfen aufhängen… 1/2
Dieses Kunstwerk entspricht wohl selten gekonnt der Erlebniswelt kleiner Kinder wieder wie kein anderes.
Kein kleines Kind, das nicht Maja und Willi kennt und gleichzeitig kein Kind das nicht täglich am eigenen Leib erlebt was es in der Stadt bedeutet den Kopf so nah über den Abgasrohren der Autos zu tragen!

Took this picture of a local beehive around the #Vancouver commercial area a few years back. There is a little community garden right next to it with a public ‘take a book leave a book’ stand. Love that idea.
Really like how the colours of this one turned out. #bees are super important for the environment and I hope more communities can get behind supporting their local #bee population with planting pollinators and setting up hives.
