@thumper @qblueheart I've been on BS for a while but the lack of features just annoys me. I'm on there because a lot of my friends came there from Twitter but Mastodon is still my main. I am hesitant to believe that BS will remain an adult friendly space, honestly.

@thumper I did a similar experiment but not on all three because by the time I joined BS I already stopped posting to Twitter. In my experience, engagement on Twitter is shit. Especially considering that I have 10k followers there and only 2k here. The same is true for the MythologyMonday account I co-host. We've been getting more boosts and likes on Mastodon for a while now.
I feel like I can't properly compare BS though, because I have only ~100 followers on there yet.

@ninjadodo @ned I am not a visual artist but I remember when Disney switched from 2D to 3D animation. The reason cited was not that 3D was less expensive or easier IIRC but that 2D doesn't sell. They did have a few flops like the two films in the screenshot and their last animated feature film, The Princess and the Frog didn't do well either. But I personally miss 2D animation. It has a certain feel to it that 3D just doesn't have.

The cap on bankers' bonuses will be lifted from 31 October 2023 onward. It had been introduced by the EU in 2014 to discourage excessive risk-taking in the financial services industry. The maximum was twice their basic salary. @CJDouglass Naan is one of my favourite things as well but I never tried to make it at home before earlier this year. I make it with garlic butter where I crush the garlic to a paste in a mortar so it spreads easily over the naan.

I had Indian food just the other day with friends who eat VERY spicy food and they told me better not to pick the vindaloo LOL
I'm a total wuss when it comes to spicy food ๐Ÿ˜…
