I've been vegetarian for 45 years and 99% vegan for 10. I am perfectly healthy. I have low bad cholesterol and high good cholesterol. I have normal blood pressure and blood sugar. I still have all my hair, and it's mostly not grey.
This is surprising since I drink too much, eat too much and am overweight, and I'm 72. Most of the ppl I was at school with (all meatos) are on beta-blockers, etc, etc. Some are dead.
