Max, my 2+ year old male Domestic Shorthair Classic Tabby cat has the most intense gold eyes. He’s a very loving & grateful (please excuse my anthropomorphism) rescue kitty and follows me around like a little puppy-dog. He was “skinny as a rail” when I adopted him last fall from the animal shelter and now he’s chunked-out and is probably a couple pounds overweight. 😄

BTW, that’s a Blue Fame Agave cactus mutant that I’ve had for 29 years when I picked it up in Tucson, Arizona on a family vacation.

I get a kick out of them cackling with their ears down and body hunkered down low when they’re “stalking” the Common Redpolls in this photograph.

Love how her floof sticks up from her shoulder blades when she’s peering out the venetian blinds. I cut peering holes through the venetian blinds, so the cats wouldn’t destroy this set. Third photograph she’s giving me the “stink eye“ as she really doesn’t like being photographed. 😼

Added a 5 year old Martin & Co. black wooden stool into the 4K bird video situation mix for my two felines. Don’t know why I never did this before but I had some inspiration from some really great THC gummy‘s. 😵‍💫

(You can tell I’m lit when I use a lot of emoticons 😁)

Now back to the kitties…

Separation with the stool seems to lessen spats to gain the best view.

Each kitty can have a clear unobstructed view of all the bird and critter action.

Smoky, my 1 year 3 month old male Domestic Blue kitten and Queen Schmoo, my 3 year 10 month old Calico Norwegian Forest Cat, having a more peaceful viewing experience of the 4K Bird video TV “show” utilizing the stool I mentioned above.

Smoky has a much longer attention span and lasts the longest. In fact, I have to shoo him away sometimes because after a while, he will try to climb the TV and that’s no good. 🙀

Love to keep my animals entertained. 😊

Rocky, my 13 year old male Miniature Pincher, hanging out with me yesterday afternoon on the hassock next to my desk and following my every move to see if I’m getting any FOOOOOOOD❗️

Does anyone know why it seems Miniature Pinchers are just so ravenous all the time or is this just my peculiar dog? 🐕

Bums me out that he’s starting to get a cataract in his right eye and having trouble seeing. He’s also needing help to get up on things he used to easily jump up on. Slowing down and extra careful on the stairs too, just like his human.

Our pets don’t last long enough. 😕

@DemocracySpot I think you’re spot on right about those. My veterinarian told me Rocky needed $400 worth of teeth cleaning and I said I’m going to try some baby carrots instead. I amped up Rocky by getting him excited about the carrots, and now he eats them as a treat, and he has great teeth. He also gets the occasional pig ear.
