Winter is approaching fast, but traces of autumn still remain, and this image that I took at the end of October captures, in my eyes, the turning point of the seasons. Bright autumn colours, enhanced by sunrise, dominate the scene, but hidden in the depths of the image are the first hints of snow. Soon after the colours vanished and white took over (at least for a day)
#goodmorning friends! This is one more snap from yesterday's hike. This was shortly after cancelling the climb to the summit.
I am so glad that we did this hike yesterday. The colors and the variety of the trail were really cool. Also, my wife pushed her scared-of-heights borders a little further.
I should take care of the photos from the camera now...
Snap from today's hike. Later it got overcast, but we had an amazing day on the trail that I scouted recently. We went almost to the nearby summit. But my wife - who's scared of heights - decided not to go the last, steepest and most exposed part. Which is totally fine because the trail up to that point was a challenge already for her.
