That's the dream for me. Just walking out and grabbing excellent food from any block.
Philly has pretty good carts for breakfast and lunch but only in certain parts of the city and almost nothing for dinner or late night.

    Amelia Earhart's twin-tailed monoplane, which vanished during her flight around the world in 1937, may have been found. Deep Sea Vision, a company owned by former pilot Tony Romeo, started searching for the plane last year using a $9 million underwater drone, and on reviewing sonar data, saw the fuzzy outline of what resembles a plane. Next, they will take a camera underwater to examine the object. Romeo says his goal would be to raise the plane and solve the mystery of what happened, however international standards for underwater archaeology suggest the aircraft remain where it is and be examined in situ.
