Fwiw from a random person on the interwebs: I am related to someone who was once a Calgary Police officer, and what's more they are still someone I consider to have some integrity.
Knowing just that person I can offer you my humble opinion that this need for a warrent is very good news, especially for Albertans who are currently being directly overseen by blasphemous theofascists in symbiosis with 'free (from responsibility) market' trash nihilists.
W/O reg's they would have 0 qualms

Have you ever been laying around, and realized your arm was in a strange position, and it felt weird, so you try to move it into a more natural position, but now you're hyper aware of how you position your arms, and it all feels weird, so you start questioning whether you know how to have arms?
