So, I have talked about how I've been doing a side-by-side comparison of stats for Instagram and Pixelfed by posting the same photos on both accounts.

Well, my pics tend to fall into certain well defined categories. So, I have been sorting the photos into the following and comparing average number of likes: Cats, Food, Flowers, Manga, and Selfies.

Based on these broad categories, I noticed a few hings. More info in the following toots.

Good morning and Happy Wednesday!

Today is my official "Mastoversary." Now this account I made in November 2022, but my first Mastodon account as made today two years ago on Dot Social.

In these two years, my social media experience has been better. I've had more direct conversations with folks about so many things. Learned about more new music. Kept connected about politics, without as much of the...wild anger, bitterness, and screaming angrily into the void.

I am glad to be here with y'all.

This week for @Kitty's Tune Tuesday @derthomas gave us a theme of "The Opener." We remember the first acts / songs we saw live.

Apart from kid's stuff, like Sesame Street Live, the first concert I went to was in 1994 for Billy Joel's River of Dreams tour. My parent's took me and all of my siblings (at the time).

This past week's Music Monday Animal Crossing post was based on a suggestion from MDMRN Twin 2 after re-watching the IVE music video.

This week, the MDMRN Twins have suggested individually for me to remake in Animal Crossing either YooA's "Rooftop" (Twin 2) or Handsome Dancer's "Coincidance" (Twin 1).

Some form of remake of either COULD be doable in Animal Crossing, but we'll see. I'll have to think about those two options...or other things that pop into my head.

This week for @Kitty's Tune Tuesday, the theme is "Goosebumps" from @HailsandAles. Basically, a song that gave you goosebumps.

There is a lot of musical theater that can do this to me.

For me, Jesus Christ Superstar always hits me. In any adaptation, Judas singing "Heaven on Their Minds" opens the musical by hitting you emotionally and explains how Judas never truly understood Jesus.
