It's cool how with PeerTube admins don't need a relay, servers can just follow other servers directly.

The NeoVibe.app instance has been slowly growing. However, one thing I want to make sure of, is that the instance doesn't become too big.

The power of the #fediverse & software like #mastodon is to have smaller instances spread out. We've seen what happens when instances get too big when run by a small team. 😔

I think a 1000 - 5000 member instance is the stopping point for myself before I would pause registration. As #mastoadmin we should make the Fedi as enjoyable as we can for those here.

The biggest roadblock for many new users to #mastodon seems to be that they're used to having their feed curated for them. When they come here they have full control of that curation and it's a difficult (and new) concept to grasp.

Nothing is feeding you content here, you have to go out and look for it. Once you find it, it'll be worth the effort.
