@davemark@joannastern because that’s how it has worked. First we get the weak chips for the iPad (pro), then we get pro/max/ultra in the macos devices. You’ve been here before.
I've said this before, but it's been a while: never use the App Store bundle system. It isn't a lightweight grouping of apps, it has some permanent, unfixable implications for your app records, and you really gotta know what you're getting yourself into before you turn it on. In my case, I ended up having to sunset some apps involuntarily to work around unlabelled errors that App Store Connect would throw up. I really hope Apple someday guts the system and makes something much more flexible
@stroughtonsmith I mean, I hear you, but the AS is still based on the idea that an app is a song. I don’t think they’re going to gut and fix anything in 20 years.
There is a corner of "Travel YouTube" where there is no voiceover, just subtitles, and the occasional voices from servers and food/lodging hosts… and it's delightful. I notice my breathing and heart-rate slowing.
I contrast this with how I watch 'normal' videos. I have decided I need to watch more of these more often.
@pixel thanks! I’m rather fond of it as well. Sounds great. Solid, stable, no vibration. Punches above its price (which is a theme for most of my gear).
