@ErikJonker @LiefhebberV Overheid kan nog veel meer doen met shared resource pools - cybersecurity is een uitstekend voorbeeld. Over de bestuurslagen heen is misschien een stap, maar al zouden de gemeenten maar meer samen optrekken.

@kapstok @helma Het gaat écht alleen om het met je telefoon contactloos pinnen - met de pas kan nog steeds, en de Mobiel Bankieren app is er ook gewoon

Is Google een fijn bedrijf? Nee. Maar termen als “vastzitten aan” is nogal overdreven. En wie kent de afwegingen van ASN?

Misschien is een wereldwijde partner wel handig (meer acceptatiepunten, meer secure?) - het is niet heel anders dan een credit card waarvoor ASN ook samenwerkt met ‘payment providers’ als Visa/Mastercard

@kapstok @helma Weet ik niet - de gewone ‘pinpas’ is dacht ik Maestro of V-pay (mijn wat oudere is de laatste) of doet Visa ook aan debitcards?

Credit card moet je apart aanvragen - dat is (even gekeken als onbezoldigd ASN ambassadeur 🙃) nu Visa (waarvoor ze in zee gaan met ICS, want ook dat doet ASN niet zelf)

Gaaf, @SURF stopt per 2 mei met X en gaat verder op Mastodon. Reden is dat X niet meer aansluit bij SURFs publieke waarden zoals menselijkheid, autonomie en rechtvaardigheid. 😍 ... SURF gaat hier nog officieel over communiceren. 😇

X rolled out a change that automatically converts all links that have the string “twitter” anywhere in them to “X.”

For example, if someone tweets the link setwitter.com, the X client application will change that link to sex.com.

    I'm tired of hearing about AI, to be honest. I never cared for it. I don't respect people who use generative AI, and I despise companies that sell out people's data to train it. Yes, people will lose jobs to it, but the world will not be better for it. It's just that consequences are rarely immediately apparent in such complex systems.
