@isaactly_s@dgar The rich have literal armies. You can fight an army with Molotov cocktails. They would happily kill every single person on Earth without a twinge of regret or remorse.
@isaactly_s@dgar I remember an interesting theory about this. It's not that you become more conservative as you get older, it's that you become more conservative as you get richer. It used to be that you got richer as you got older, but for millennials and younger this hasn't really been the case.
Would be interested if anyone knows any studies that confirm or refute this.
It's not the famous North Carolina one (I spent some time checking; the railway bridge and the embankments on either side are different) but it's a bridge that I've definitely seen in more than one video before.
