Anyone have experience with fundraising for a Year 6 School Camp? Or similar event?
The current committee are favouring a raffle and a quiz night. Which are solid options but I'm thinking I'd like to suggest something at least, idk, a bit less "safe".
Even my first few thoughts seem a bit daring for this lot:
Wine tasting evening
Lawn bowls
BBQ cook off
I think I may have blown their minds suggesting the raffle could be done all modern on the Facebook.

I am working on Russian translation of Kbin right now and I noticeed that many of Kbin terminology just sounds.. Like a bad translation (Maybe from Polish it was originally written on?..), and I am sure many of you can agree with me...

Hey, can somebody tell my brain that Google Photos is not a great option for images?
I got myself into the google ecosystem..
I need sth encrypted in the cloud or sth local that creates encrypted backups.
Google photos is such a great option with face recognition and sharing with others. #Immich on the other hand is still in development and proton drive is well just a drive - not specifically made for photos with advanced features like face recognition and such.
Finding my way around kbin slowly, and making posts here and there. Text posts have been fine, though the distinction between 'threads' and 'microblogs' could use some work....
