@AAMfP Logged in via my smartphone and a webview-based browser and saw that I can now reissue the #smime certificate in the #posteo webinterface for free. Great! Re-downloading the files failed again because the browser seems to have trouble with #blobs. Then logged in via Firefox on my smartphone but there is no option to reissue — at this time at least. I'm probably clumsy and impatient but it still feels like a #shitshow.

I honestly don't understand some of my customers' desktop services teams and their lack of competence. This morning, we get a Slack message saying:

As workaround instructions that were provided by the customer's helpdesk. Basically, their desktop-services team pushed out an A/V update-bundle and it broke shit.
This is the kind of thing I deal with most times I go to my customer-site to work. Also frequently get things like "C: is out of space" or "The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed", etc.. Fortunately, I only have to go in a couple times per month for meetings, mandatory training and the like. But every time I do go in, I get less done than it feels like I should have, usually because the on-site workstations are either broken or their networks are ridiculously-slow.
It's been especially bad since they switched all of us "rarely on-site" people from dedicated (shared) workstations to a pool of "hoteling seats". Prior to that change, we had a couple seats that our team shared, as needed. With the hotelling system, seats are shared across multiple teams ...meaning there's more cached-profiles on each hotelling-desktop (that the desktop services has no cleanup-automation around).
