As a rule of thumb - When your windscreen wipers are on, you should MANUALLY turn on your headlights. The automatic running lights will not do.

In the rain, the amount of people I see (or nearly NOT see) without their lights on is incredible. And it's usually the grey or black cars which are camouflaged against the sky/road.

I can hurl tennis rackets at small moving objects with deadly accuracy. I once read Paradise Lost, Moby Dick, and David Copperfield in one day and still had time to refurbish an entire dining room that evening. I know the exact location of every food item in the supermarket.
