Friendica (https://friendi.ca) needs developers to help on the frontend, between the server-side PHP modules and views and the client-side HTML/CSS/Javascript aspect.
(It would also be nice if they ran their own Friendica node to help with testing.)

@feditips@hypolite i'm curious. Can't make promises, but i'll have a look. i'm a back end dev, 20 years of PHP and to a lesser degree JavaScript. Where do i start?
@feditips@hypolite I've looked at it in the past. I thought it'd be cool to fork it, or maybe just style it differently, as a social network for enemys. And call it Enema.
@hypolite I had a lotta fun ideas for it. Cuz there's a significant amount of people who use social media solely to complain about things they see in media or politics - maybe this is just my experience, or specific to the US - but I think not
It would just be a sounding board for those folks to talk about stuff they hate.
But in my thought experiment, it ended up becoming a kind of "freeze peach" instance for radicalizing youth to terrorism.
