@mattblaze I just got a tilt shift adapter to do work where I want to keep a plane that is not parallel to the sensor in focus, and I gotta say the process is a little more complicated than I thought it would be. Other distances in focus that I didn’t expect…
@kmck Focusing with tilt and swing movements is definitely not intuitive at first - it's very easy to mis-estimate how much you need to get the right plane in focus. Once you internalize visualizing the intersection of the planes with the Scheimpflug rule, it gets a lot easier.
