The local board was firmly in Democratic control. But with the takeover, its members no longer have any power, replaced by a board of managers appointed by the Education Agency. In one case, a member was replaced by the losing candidate in the last election. 🤬🤬🤬

Transgender patients are suing Vanderbilt University Medical Center

It’s the hospital that gave away their records to Tennessee's AG via bogus legal request

The same bogus request that other red state AGs are using to gain more records

If there is a political party that targets a minority, puts them on a list, tracks their every movement, and uses them as a scapegoat—

what would you say about that political party?

Another Red state flouts federal law, in this case HIPAA. believes that the state of TX controls the US border with Mexico and can ignore environmental laws controlling barring blocking US waterways and basic human rights violations involving their scattering razor wire on federally controlled land and waterways. has basically seceded from the Union. We should remove all federal aid to TX and send in the Marines to clean up OUR border and the Rio Grande.

19 states are requesting women's medical records to see if they have traveled to get an abortion or for any contraception or gender surgical procedure. WTF? What happened to medical privacy? When it was for covid info, records were blocked, giving the unvaccinated permission to spread disease. But your most personal info is okay because you are a woman, so therefore, property of the state you live in?

DOJ Sues , Greg Over 'Barbaric' Barrier

The DOJ suit, filed in the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Texas, seeks an injunction to block the state from placing more of the wrecking-ball sized, razor wire-topped buoys, which have already reportedly injured several people. The complaint accuses Texas and Abbott of violating the Rivers and Harbors Appropriation Act by erecting the barrier in a U.S. waterway without permission.

The situation at the Texas border continues to be deeply alarming. Governor Greg Abbott's inhumane measures, targeting innocent migrants, demand immediate attention. We cannot stand idly by while razor wire traps, water withholding, and dangerous pushbacks endanger vulnerable lives, including children and infants.

This must end.

Join me in demanding that President Biden step in and put an end to these cruel tactics. Let's make our voices heard: https://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/806/513/820/?TAP=2430&source_id=TexasMigrants

A Texas mom was denied maternity leave after delivering a stillborn baby
Andres works for the City of Austin in the Austin Public Health Department. After returning home from the hospital, Andres says she informed her HR department that she'd "be taking maternity leave a little bit early" because she had lost her child.
"They said: 'Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, but you don't qualify for (leave) anymore,'" Andres says.

Not that I disagree, but the one throwing babies into the Rio Grande is Gov , who has occupied the border between the US and Mexico, functionally seceding from the Union and no longer recognizing US law pertaining to blockading waterways and creating a public endangerment using razor wire. The governor of is a sadistic, homicidal sociopath, and the majority of the people of TX are foursquare behind him, cheering him on. Shades of Nazi Germany.
