& now he wants to collect & waste even MORE Dem voter donations, in order to counter the harm he did by boosting the GOP candidate.

Whenever news breaks of another Chinese covert police operation in another country (USA, Canada, now the UK), I always wonder why the host government doesn't arrest the covert police officers instead of just asking China politely to not do it again.
