This is an exciting development in EVs, I really hope it makes it to market. In wheel motors could be a real game changer, especially in retrofitting classic cars, etc.. https://youtu.be/-1VAkXNTR1Y?si=3df2pd_7Mk1dyPaC
@mike I waited 3yrs for #Chevrolet to mass produce the #BlazerEV SS. By end of those 3yrs, local dealer had a grand total of TWO Blazer EVs. Both white... both base model... 24/7 the SS model was "6mos out."
Fast-forward to today... my current vehicle?
2023 #Camaro (Don't get me wrong, it's not a SS or ZL1... as a daily driver that would be incompetent of me. Still though, muffler removed, 5" dual exhaust added w/ straight pipe, and K&N cold air intake on the engine. Its presence is apparent.)
Having raised 5 sons, with just the youngest still at home (7th grader), I quickly said yes to becoming godfather to the son of my wife's coworker and her husband when they were asking us about it.
Needless to say, my role as #Godfather knows no bounds... as long as the taste in cars is instilled early on.
Case in point? The power wheels options I gave them for our godson's biggest #Christmas present this year... he chose the Z71 Trail Boss.

I know there are teething pains when it comes to new vehicle platforms and new infotainment systems, but to have it affect things like the digital dashboard while saying that Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are "unsafe" fills me up to the brim with schadenfreude.

Today: Carbon fiber interior. Just like Goldilocks & her oatmeal: not too much, not too little--just right. #subtle 🤌
Side note: is Goldilocks not the original Karen?! Think about it... she breaks in, eats a family's breakfast, and feigns the victim upon being caught. Smdh.
