My brain is mapping out & sculpting the events leading to #TaRegi 's inner monologue I posted the other day, and the aftermath that would/will be the springboard for her joining a party.
My druid Amara has a lore dense + complex backstory. Her trauma and mistakes are woven tapestries hanging on the walls of her mind . She grapples with echos of the past and past actions that make her /feel/ monstrous.
Ta'regi however... At the start of whatever campaign she gets to live in, she has already worked through the internal fallout of her choices. She has moved past the despair of thinking "I'm a monster", and firmly understands and embraced that she /is/ a monster. She has made peace that there truly is no path back, and the only direction is forward.
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME, A TRACK FROM OUTRUN 2 MADE IT INTO THE C64 SID CHIP AND EVEN THE FIRST CHIPTUNE RENDITION OF THAT SONG EVER. LET'S GO FOR A "RISKY RIDE" 🌴🌊🏄♀️🚗🏁🌴🌴

#Outrun for me is hands down the best racing game of the 80's. The pastel colors, a Ferrari Testarossa, and for a video game it had some pretty good bangers for songs.
