Yeesh. Very depressing take. The optimist in me hopes he's wrong, but the pessimist in me suspects there is a lot of truth and foreshadowing here.

The penalty for destruction of evidence is "adverse inference", which isn't really a problem here, since they'd have to assume that literally everyone treated by PP was trans.
Highly recommend strong civil disobedience here.

Kyle Rittenhouse's former spokesman turns on him

David Hancock offered evidence that Rittenhouse not only failed the standard tests for entry into military service, but was permanently banned from applying to the Marines.

"Kyle failed to learn a single thing. He remains the same uneducated, arrogant, and antagonistic individual, incapable of telling the truth."

He'll fit right in when he's old enough to run for Congress on the Republican ticket, and with those kind of credentials he'll have a lock on a seat.

Beau Biden died of brain cancer in May 2015.

Poleaxed by grief, his father chose not to seek the Democratic nomination in 2016

But, four years later, appalled by Donald Trump’s authoritarianism and especially by the racist violence in Charlottesville, he decided that the best way of honouring his son was to enter the subsequent race.
