Really, they should have rented a porta potty for the duration of the job. I didn't know that until halfway through (thanks whoever here on the Fediverse told me about that law), but I did not push the issue as there were so many things I was fighting the contractor over... We really need more public washrooms especially downtown and along transit. Essentially no transit station in the entire metro network has an actually operating public bathroom except the seabus! Frankly it makes life miserable for the elderly, homeless, people with long transit commutes, workers on the road, etc.
