I wonder what is going on with the #BirdsArentReal insta account. They have changed their account profile to Birds Are Real and have recently posted “Hey all— we were just joking around. Birds are real, and their existence is one of the many miracles of our universe.”. I wonder if this has anything to do with the recent fear of #H5N1 ?
Made a friend at the hotel here. When I just arrived the room was really warm, so I opened the balcony door. I was just in the toilet when I heard sound in the room. This friend had entered my hotelroom through the balcony door.
Now, every time I even remotely open the door to get some fresh air in here, this friend is on the balcony.
To prove I'm not totally immature, (mostly, not totally) I must say that Cornell University has developed two really great apps for bird watching. I've only had Merlin and eBird installed for a few days and I've already learned so much. Simple, yet well-implemented tech goes a long way! #BirdsArentReal
