Okay, my fellow nerds: what are some good alternatives that work on iPhone? I make pretty much constant tweaks to characters throughout the day, so mobile access is a must.

Putting Obsidian through a stress test, of generating and then graphing 4387 NPCs.

Looks cool!

That number is from generating 2 settlements, a town and a city.

Haven't had a chance to show that off yet, I got it during a recent work trip to Poznan: the Dungeons & Lasers NPC Miniature Pack. It has 68 miniatures and was quite cheap fir that amount of content (their website gives me a 59€ price)

It's a Polish company, which makes stuff easier to get for me (and EU customers) than the usual British miniature companies.

Of course it claims it's compatible with 5e , which begs the question: how did you determine that?

So, im not following this too closely, as I’m moving away from , but from what I gather from my timeline, it appears that is basically just a bunch of rearranging and no actually improvements. There’s no upside in going along with it, aside from avoiding the risk that WotC is going to discontinue legacy support on , correct?

What this boils down to is a scenario where the community is forced to shell out tons of money to get new versions of books we already own.

My blog post on ChatGPT and Dungeons and Dragons. It was a fun little experiment.

I had it write me out a personalised little adventure.

It me.

I don't think people have yet considered how this weapon mastery lets a Rogue Two Weapon Fight and Disengage in the same turn.

Even if they don't get Weapon Mastery in their class, this is absolutely worth spending the feat on.

There's been a lot in these playtest packages that I've disliked, a bit that I've liked and some that I've frankly hated.

Here's the first thing I've seen that I LOVE: modify spell and create spell.

Something I wonder whether the developers at have given any thought to: One of the nice things about having subclass features staggered across classes, as they are now, is that when PCs reach those subclass feature levels, you can use those moments as roleplaying interludes. Trying to straitjacket all the classes into the same subclass progression means those interludes are all going to clump up, rather than being distributed evenly across your campaign.

Carrionettes go “zip!” when they move, “bop!” when they stop, “whirrrrrrr” when they stand still, and they want to steal your body and trap your soul in theirs! Ha ha! How cute!

Reading through Das Schwarze Auge B10 In den Fängen des Dämons (In the clutches of the demon) from 1985.

Written by Eberhard von Staden (who I know nothing about, except that he authored one more solo), illustrated by Jochen Fortmann.

This adventure is bizarre.

In fact from style and design to me this does not look like a DSA adventure, this looks more like a contemporary module.
And not TSR either.

This has the feel of a Mayfair Games' Role Aids scenario. Which easily could have been the model considering the time frame.

Ryybyn may be 2 kool 4 skool but they are never too cool for the stickers Alison lovingly makes for them.

During the campaign, Alison's player would make "certificated of excellence" celebrating some each player had done each session. It was really fun and cute so I wanted to make an illustration in tribute to them all!

Hasbro: Hires the actual motherfucking Pinkertons to steal Magic cards from people at gunpoint.

I mean, good news is the Pinkertons didn't murder him and his family, which is their usual M.O., they just made his wife cry.

But do not give the Hasbros money, attention, or the basic respect of any living creature. Ever.
