Highly nitpicky #5E question: Would a Monk's healing abilities through harnessing Ki be considered a natural source of healing or more magical? I am struggling to find a good source on what exactly it would be counted as.
Hey all! 👋🏼 It’s #introdction time! My name is Hannah and I want to share a little about myself:
I’m a #wife (my hottie husband is @alex ) and a #mom of 3 awesome boys 🐻🐻🐻
I’m a co owner of Markley Bros. Entertainment and a cast member on our #dnd show Ember Fables! I #homeschool my kids and drink enough #coffee to fuel a small army ☕️
RPG tip from the archive: Copy and paste or highlight useful bits of lore from published material you can expose to the characters as secrets and clues.
Hey everyone! I don't normally do this, but I have to give a shout-out to a friend of mine who makes small runs of awesome swag that I think you should buy.
I wear a "Local Wizard" embroidered baseball cap that gets tons of comments wherever I go. I love it. Not only is it cool and quirky--it's one of the most comfortable hats I own.
He has a pre-order for another hat that says "droppin' lore" and I'm seriously considering buying it. You should too!
@craigofinspiration Think about your character's motivations. Why do they do what they do?
This includes: "Why do they want to hang out with their fellow player characters?" Player characters don't need to agree on everything, but they should be willing to work together.
Remember, if you're inventing a religion it should have an aspect that is completely absurd and ridiculous. And, quite possibly, the only part that is true.
I think it's kind of weird how front and center the 80s D&D cartoon characters are in the artwork for the 2024 revisions when the majority of 5e fans weren't even alive when they aired.
@taichara@kenmarable IDK, if they were going launch the cartoons again or some other related media, you'd think they would've announced that already to try to synergize the releases. That said, WotC is really bad at that.
