Third-party campaigns can inject new ideas and force major parties to incorporate a wider array of interests.

The minor-party campaigns of Ross Perot in 1992 and Ralph Nader and Pat Buchanan in 2000 are remarkable examples where their campaign increased overall voter turnout.

But lawmakers from the Democratic and Republican parties make the rules – and those rules make it very hard for third parties.

Promised to Fix How Challenges Are Handled.
A New Law Could Make the Problem Worse.

SB 189, which goes into effect in July, will give Georgia residents more time to contest the eligibility of fellow citizens’ inclusion on voter rolls.

The will make it easier to use questionable evidence in those challenges.

If Biden does not course correct soon, he is going to throw this election. In that case, the damage to our ability to form alliances may be permanent. How can we have any credibility with Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, etc. after witnessing the lack of seriousness which we afford to our “ironclad” commitments?

Ironclad commitments are not one-way nor sole US responsibility. Allies have mutual responsibility. It’s not a Carte Blanche.

With , world security is at risk and that’s bigger than the problem is facing right now (which, TBH, is pretty big itself)

We are fighting because this country deserves a leader who respects our democracy, not disloyal Republicans willing to harm our citizens, divide our country and tear it to pieces for a bit of power.

We found the nazis, they attacked the Capitol on . It will take our collective effort to save our nation from the enemy within.

I’m not surprised that the FTC has found evidence of collusion with the cartel and price-gouging. Congress should pass Sen. Whithouse's windfall profits bill to return Big Oil’s excess gains to the American people’s pockets.

Scott Sheffield, CEO of Pioneer Natural Resources try to keep oil, gas prices HIGH to gouge Americans.

Republicans hate Americans.

Instead, the Conservatives went into coalition with them

Jonathan Freedland offers a summary of where we are:

'The Tories are so unpopular because so much is broken & there is not enough money to fix it. Right now, that is the Tories’ problem, one that promises to sweep them out of power. But once it has, it will become Labour’s problem. And it could hardly be more daunting'!

Of course, there being 'not enough money' is Tory policy not a fiscal fact, but otherwise this offers a fair/concise signpost to our future (I think).
