Hong Kong police have arrested four people the local media say are former student members of a disbanded political group that launched the 2019 pro-democracy protests. Authorities say they conspired with pro-democracy leaders now living in self-imposed exile. One of these activists says the Chinese Communist Party is fabricating evidence to clamp down on dissent.
