No idea what to do with ’em, but I was feeling nostalgic. Choose your flavor!

The iMac launched in August 1998 (25 years ago).. I decided to create some new icons inspired by the iconic computer that changed the history of Apple, Inc and computing forever.

OC Kbinicons Part 3 is here: 19 EU flags in two different styles each + a psd file to generate small instance logos for separate kbin instances

Hi everyone, I’m back with another kbin icon pack. This time it’s flags for 18 EU countries (the non-fancy ones) + an EU flag. So 38 icons in total. All icons come in two styles: semi-transparent/glassy and opaque metallic. I also made a simple instance logo generator....

I just got a bunch of new followers so now seems like as good a time as any to write another post for the new instance and all the lovely followers new and old.

Hi, I’m Micah 👋
I love all things coffee, like… more than… normal. :neofox_cofe: I have a wonderful wife and best friend @kim and 1 little kiddo. Oh, and a grumpy pudgy cat @atticus. I like too many genres of music to list but am particularly fond of emo, punk, and metal. I’m a big stressed mess most of the time :neofox_laugh_sweat:
I’m currently running and on my own personal Calckey instance. I love open source and Linux but I’m not a super diehard I guess. I’m a designer at Thunderbird and do some front-end development there too. I love icons, especially tiny ones. I don’t really have a theme I post about so I’ll warn you upfront and apologize in advance if you follow me to only hear about Thunderbird as that’s probably not the majority of my posts around here 😅

I try to go about my day being kind to people but I block assholes so ya’ know don’t be one of those.

I’ve just recently wrapped up an icon project, which I’ll be able to reveal soon when the first TestFlight version has been released. So I’m available for new projects.

If you’re looking for an iOS or MacOS icon I’d love to work with you.

You can reach me on here 🐘 or at

Here’s some of my recent work.

Boosts appreciated 🙂

and are getting on very well these days 😊🐈 🍏
I got this towel from 1 Infinite Loop, Palo Alto in 1995-ish.
Apple was really on the ropes back then and, I’ve no doubt, my beach towel and novelty keyring purchase from that single, on-campus Apple Store helped them get through those hard times to where they are today.
No?

It's alive!🎉

I've built a #transpiler in #Rust, compiled it to #WASM and integrated it into a #Vue app! :awesome:

It's called selecuery.✨

It can transpile X++ select statements into query expressions. If you think "X++" is a typo and you don't have any idea of what I'm talking about, don't worry.😄

Have a look at the video below.

This project is dear to my heart! ❤️ I've started it 2019 for learning #RustLang.

I think, I've been transpiled during this project as well.🤪

#Compiler #Magic

A video showing a web app with two code editors side-by-side. On the left, source code is entered, which looks like an SQL dialect. As the code is entered on the left, the code editor on the right updates in real-time. The right editor shows the SQL-like statement in a very different form, namely as a sequence of method calls on a query object. So it has just transpiled a declarative SQL-like statement into a procedural query expression. You can think of it a bit like C#'s LINQ: LINQ also has a declarative form and a procedural form.

janriemer,

Yay, I've created a cute little logo/icon for 's dark theme. :awesome:

It's absolutely not perfect, I know, but it's also my first logo design, so we are still learning... 🤓
