"James Joyce and the GPO" Portrait format so likely will need a click to see fully your early . It's a mixed media piece made using ink pens and brush pens and acrylic markers and paint pens and pans and more. That's 's General Post Office there on O'Connell Street that the statue of Joyce is facing, and a composition I'd wanted to do for years.

I am not doing well at Mastadon lately, sorry folks. Lots of busyness in my life! I just got married! WOO!

Just so happens I have a book launch tomorrow! It's Mini Book Of Monsters 2! 40 fun little critters in one book, plus some prints and stickers in some of the bundles... AND original art! Here are some of them:

"Fitzwilliam Square" Your late today is one I spent two and half years on, from first sketching it one day beside my bicycle in the heart of Georgian , through to mostly painting bricks. It's one of my largest paintings. In portrait format so will need clicking to see the whole picture.
No prints are available of this painting yet - but hoping there will be in the future.

Morning comes to Galway. If I recall correctly this is based on a photo from my last morning in Galway City. Still one of my favorite places I've visited. Ireland in general but specifically Galway and well most of the coastal towns we visited. Sigh!

"Golden Leaves II" Your early today is an autumnal one from somewhere in . It came from a time when I had a little dog and she loved finding leaves as much as I did. I still paint golden leaves but it's not as much fun finding them any more.

For this painting, I tried to create an imaginary scene from a simple geometric drawing. I’m fascinated by the math of it all. Brushes: 1” hake, 6 round, and a small rigger. Colors: Cobalt Teal, Ultramarine Blue, Burnt Sienna, and a tiny amount of Payne’s Grey. Anyway, this was my fun for today. Enjoy! @WatercolourCurator
