So this is what happens when you update to iOS 17.4 in the EU. When you open a web page you have to decide what shall become your default browser. You get a list of available browsers and once you decided which one it should be, you get sent to the App Store to download your browser of choice. No preferred browser at the top of the list, it all looks quite well thought out.

@globcoco WordPress are scrapping sites hosted on wordpressdotcom, unless you opt out. Not if you host elsewhere. You can host a static website on GitLab or Netlify for free.

@pabloniusmonk This looks nice, we have a few old ipods around that work, but can be a bit finicky with Linux, having to be periodically connected to itunes. Does InniOasis linux you know?
A few images from the Tajos Campanario ridge in Spain's Sierra Nevada today. Some hard neve on sheltered slopes made for a great crampon ascent. By the time we came to the steep descent gully the snow had softened a touch to give a quick descent to the upper San Juan valley. Memorable views throughout.
