Er zitten best wat haken en ogen aan de #tornadocash uitspraak , in hoeverre ben je verantwoordelijk voor gebruik van ontwikkelde opensource code, in deze uitspraak gaat die verantwoordelijkheid best ver, hier is het laatste woord niet over gezegd, ook juridisch gezien. Want is aanbieden E2E encrypted communicatie opensource software dan ook strafbaar als het wordt misbruikt of als je kan weten dat vooral criminelen de doelgroep is?🤔

De maximumsnelheid terug naar 130 km/u is werkelijk op zoveel vlakken dom dat je je afvraagt hoe dat ooit in het akkoord is terechtgekomen. Meer verkeersdoden, er moeten compenserende maatregelen komen voor de uitstoot etc.

Niet iedereen realiseert zich volgens mij dat de BTW-verhoging naar 21% ook een enorme kostenpost voor onderwijs inhoudt, voor zowel papieren als digitale middelen gaan voor leerlingen/studenten de prijzen enorm omhoog.

Het valt me op dat veel mensen ter rechterzijde van het politieke spectrum zich verkneukelen met de nu vrijwel zekere komst van het kabinet en Plasterk als premier. Tegelijk is dit voor de oppositie volgens mij het beste scenario, alle kansen voor CDA, D66 en PvDA om zetels/stemmen te winnen komende periode. Nu direct nieuwe verkiezingen was niet in hun belang. Ook vraag ik me af of hoe VVD en NSC zich voldoende kunnen profileren tov PVV. #politiek
