When you're talking with someone on the phone, and you're so into the conversation that your leg falls asleep. You get up from the couch, stumble forward on that leg, trip, fall into the coffee table, knock over the flowers someone just sent you, scare the cat, who runs away, and then you hit your head as you get up again.

A friend of mine is helping me with YouTube videos for guiding meditations. I have limited time to devote to this, so it isn't going to happen immediately. Acting naturally in front of the camera while talking to nobody is strangely easy for me. My issue is gesturing too much. I have to tone that down a bit. Also? I can't work from a script. So, I have to get used to using a timer to make sure I stay within the time allotted for each portion. I'm a work in progress. But it's going well. 🙏
