Waffle House reportedly deducts $3 from workers’ pay for each on-shift meal, even if they don't eat it.

The policy could cost all Waffle House workers ~$30M per year.

This is a company that already pays some workers as little as $2.90/hr before tips.

Don't ever use the AXS ticket system if you can possibly avoid it. It's really awful, broken, and has random inexplicable restrictions on share and transfer. And they charge around 30% for the privilege!
Trying to get tickets for Billy Strings in October but I might have to give up.

Cats are funny about water, don't seen to mind gentle rain for a while then run back inside.
One of my cats, Avogato, has her first encounter with snow. (We moved from the Bay Area to Olympia in December.)

A gray tabby cat walks off the path onto the snow for the first time. Then she rolls in it, gets up, rolls in it again.
