Spotted: A heavily-modified . It has a Cummins diesel engine and a highly custom gear train. I don’t really understand what all those levers do. The owner says they provide ridiculous gear ratios for rock crawling, and independently-selectable front, rear axle power, or 4WD.

An elder person on LinkedIn commented that younger generations of workers neared a “state of entitlement” for expecting a more relaxed company culture and fewer working hours. I have a rebuttal ready to copy/paste whenever I see this sentiment. You might find it useful too.

A younger generation demanding better working conditions than you had is not entitlement—it’s them knowing the true value of their labor and demanding employers recognize it as well. Perhaps you should organize with them. ✊🌹

23 years ago, IBM introduced the 1Gb Microdrive for laptops - it fit in your PCMCIA expansion slot, great for expanding your laptop storage. It sold for 500 dollars. We couldn’t wait for it to be available at retail.
