Kann Threema für eine Google/Apple-Push-ID eine Verknüpfung zu einem Threema-Konto herstellen? Wenn nicht, wie wird dies technisch verhindert oder umgesetzt?

Und eine weitere wichtige Frage ist: Wie oft hat Threema bereits Push-IDs an Behörden vergeben? Wenn ja, um welche Informationen handelt es sich dabei genau?

Bitte nicht auf Threema Libre oder Threema Push verweisen, da besteht das Problem nicht. Das ist bekannt.

@strobelstefan Tipp: Die Nextcloud muss nicht über das Internet erreichbar sein, wenn man statt der HTTP- die DNS-Challenge verwendet. Dabei erstellt man eine Subdomain namens _acme-challenge vom Typ TXT und gibt als Wert das Token ein, das man vom Certbot bekommt. So weiß Let's Encrypt, dass einem die Domain gehört. Nach der Zertifikatsgenerierung kann die Subdomain gelöscht werden.

(So muss man weder mit DynDNS noch mit Portfreigaben herumfrickeln.)

@cantences Ah, gut zu wissen. Aber unter Android ohne Play-Dienste bzw. MicroG kann man nun mal etliche Apps nicht oder nur teilweise benutzen, weswegen diese Standardkonfiguration für viele sicher nicht praktikabel ist. Die Möglichkeit der Play-Store-Installation gibt's ja nicht umsonst.

@kiki @cantences Die meisten F-Droid-Apps funktionieren sicher ohne Google-Dienste, aber nun verwendet ja nicht jeder ausschließlich F-Droid-Apps. Ntfy kann die Google-Push-Nachrichten nicht einseitig ersetzen, da müssen die Apps auch selbst mitmachen. Es sind aber längst nicht nur Push-Benachrichtigungen, deren Fehlen Probleme verursachen kann: Manche Apps verlangen SafetyNet, andere die Karten-API oder sonst was für obskure APIs, ohne die sie nicht starten wollen oder unvermittelt abstürzen.
