Idea:

Bookstores should group fantasy with horror instead of scifi. Both fantasy and horror are purely creations of the author's mind; scifi is tethered to factual information.

If you need to group scifi, I'd put it with mysteries and thrillers.

@GottaLaff My guess is they offer Trump as the last one on the stand. He’s been whining about not being able to defend himself in court because of the gag order. This would be the perfect chance to set things straight once and for all.

Even if he’s not on the witness stand, the mere suggestion could be important here especially.

This trial hasn't even started yet, not one witness. Yet...

I'm getting Doomers galore in my feed.

A Trumpy helped convict him in an earlier trial.

The prosecutors are vetting the jurors carefully.

I am not Dooming. Not yet.

Can we wait for the trial to be in full swing before predicting the worst possible outcome? Or do people thrive on constant pessimism? I just don't.

@GottaLaff I definitely appreciate what you and others are doing to get us up to speed. I can understand the concerns of “is trump going to get away with this,” but so far for this trial, everything seems, well, as typical as it can get for jury selection.

Minus sleepyhead, of course.

But yeah, concern and worry are one thing, but doomerposting is so annoying to put up with.

Through the Jewel of Sol, Luca is able to transform into an aspect of fire, changing not only his clothes, but his overall appearance as well. In this case, he can draw upon the natural force of fire. Even his hair is ablaze with raw courage and strength.

Pearce says a president could order SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a rival and then either resign before he can be impeached or otherwise evade conviction in his Senate impeachment trial, and it would not be treated as a crime.

That T*ump’s lawyers even humored the idea that Trump could use Seal Team 6 to persecute his opponents (while automatically claiming he’s being politically persecuted, btw) or that they genuinely think, assuming he does that, he’d resign to avoid charges and not deflect at every turn
