Well, it seems today is PB Day, not that I set out to do PB, or PR as Strava calls it. (same thing) I knew I'd gone off a bit quick for 5k, but I was cool with that, because I thought, I'll just tap the brakes a bit as I run to 10k, obviously not tapped hard enough because I set a PB for 10k, then it started raining, so my new shoes got a proper test, and I felt steady, stable with no slipping as the surface got greasy, good shoes:) #running#motivation#runnersofmastodon
