Det här är samma krav som de senaste veckorna förts fram i studentprotester vid universitet i USA, Frankrike, Spanien och andra länder. Man kan så klart tycka att det är fel att ställa denna typ av krav, men särskilt förvånande är det inte, med tanke på proteströrelsens bakgrund.

If a man asks a woman out, saying that he's "a nice guy," the woman might still politely decline. She might start to explain why she's not comfortable giving her phone number to men on the street. If the "nice guy," suddenly calls the woman a stupid ****, and tells her "Chad is worse!" and "Have fun getting hit! You deserve what happens to you!" we see that he was never a nice guy.

Pretend that you do understand this, but that you don't understand why "Trump is worse!" is so ineffective.🤡

I don't care if Black men vote 100% for Biden.

Or 90% for Biden.

Or 80% for Biden.

Or 70% for Biden.

Or 60% for Biden.

If Biden doesn't win, it will be the fault of people who vote more than 50% for Trump. Stop expecting Black people to save you. That's not what we're here for. We exist outside of the world of being a voting block every 4 years.

Your "democracy" only works if Black people vote 90% plus for a candidate whose policies exposed them to genocide levels of harm. That's garbage.

The Council approved on May 14 the Plan, a document that sets out the Ukrainian government's plans for recovery and reconstruction and is a necessary step for the implementation of a 50-billion-euro ($54 billion) assistance program.

Today's approval of the plan will allow the EC to disburse up to 1.89 billion euros ($2 billion) in an additional pre-financing tranche before the start of regular payments tied to the implementation of reforms.

The 'green movement' and 'peace movement' don't exist, or at least not in the way most people think these movements exist.

The term movement is really inspiring. It has the air of a huge wave of people moving towards reaching some goal. Unfortunately I think people expect the wrong things from most movements called 'peace' or 'green' (or climate) and that leads to a lot of confusion and wasted energy.

People generally conflate protest movements like this with social movements.

This is how they win:

  1. The last few times I've been to German anarchist spaces, there's a topic that keeps coming up: the seemingly irreconcilable divide between the activist scene, and what we might call the lower classes—blue collar workers; rural folk; minors; the homeless; immigrants. There is this sense of shock, "I thought the rebellious kids would fix global warming but now Gen Z is swinging to the right?? The AfD has more supporters within the youth than the old? Mexicans are voting for Trump?" The general attitude is of bafflement and grief; surely the world is lost.

Protests are taking place in all major cities of Georgia.

If the Russian army enters Georgia tomorrow to save this government, don't be surprised, it is a standard procedure.
