@liminalfiction Top of my list would be materials science. What can be built from stuff that's already there? Next would be asteroid mining for the rest, because lifting iron, et al from Earth gravity and sending it to the moon would be insane.
So that would be bootstrapped heavy industry at one of the Lagrange points. Orbital colonies first.
