I would also like to thank my friend helping me find so I can report issues to #castopod to help improve the overall experience and software. Follows from more Fediverse Platforms seems to work now, transcript files are displayed properly in more podcasting apps, clips work well now, Apple Podcasts should pull better, and a bunch more little things. Castopod is a fun little platform and I do hope more check it out. #fediverse

Castopod propose une page avec une ribambelle d'hébergeurs/services de podcast. Juste sous le logo il y a un bouton pour ajouter un podcast sur cette plateforme (souvent il faut un créer un compte etc.)
Une fois que le podcast est créé sur la plateforme extérieure tu peux récupérer le lien public et le mettre sur cette page (2e flèche).

@kuketzblog BookWyrm sollte vllt extra sein. Ich habe nicht das Gefühl dass Publishing eine gute Kategorie dafür ist. Das ist mehr Tracking. Es werden Buchreviews verfasst und festgehalten welche Bücher man gelesen hat/liest/lesen will.
Wiem, że na rynku BRAKUJE podcastów o grach, dlatego spieszę z wieścią, że powoli reaktywuję swój twór, Low Stamina Podcast. Do tej pory (całe dwa odcinki) nagrywany był z moim serdecznym kolegą, natomiast sezon drugi (który ruszyć powinien już w sierpniu) będzie to moja "popisówka" solo (solo, solo).
I teraz clue. Self-hosting jest wspaniały. Jeszcze wspanialszy jest fakt, że Castopod działa w ramach fediverse, stąd nie musicie ruszać się z Mastodona (lub innego miejsca, skąd mnie obserwujecie), żeby być na bieżąco ze wszystkimi aktualizacjami dotyczącymi podcastu!
Aktualnie katalogi podcastowe na nowo mapują mój twór, ale na sezon drugi wszystko będzie już jak najbardziej gotowe.
Co do formuły - z racji, że będę sam, na pewno nie będą to już tak długie (okolice godziny) odcinki. Raczej chciałbym osiągnąć większą częstotliwość i stworzyć bardziej przystępną do szybszej konsumpcji wersję.

We have to make it easier and better in #fediverse for academics, artists, indie reporters, writers etc to come here and be able to publish and own their content. Somehow we have to get #peertube#owncast#CastoPod and other tools used and consumed regularly #GoldfishSocial
Playing around with some lesser-known #fediverse platforms and setting them up. The latest 2 are #castopod and #writefreely and it's been fun.
The nice thing is they are both lightweight so I was able to set them up as subdomains on a less-busy instance I had. I also managed to hack up my install of Castopod so that I can follow it from #calckey without issues which is nice! Here's to seeing where that little experiment takes me.

Learned the basics of #Clojure for my last PR and now I'm learning some #PHP, and of course learning about #ActivityPub to figure out why certain changes aren't propagating to followers.
