Holy cow. Today, I added a bunch of new software to the creative tools list!

Seriously. A bunch. New tools for animation, photo manipulation, CAD/design, a couple new music production tools, a couple new web design tools, some plugins.... it's a lot of new tools, friends. I think it is, anyway. says I made 30 additions, so I will let you be the judge of whether that is a lot. It is subjective, after all, but if you ask me? It's a lot.

As always, it is all and software, or as we say in the list-making business:

If you haven't perused the list in a while, now is a great time! Check it out here:

Now go be creative!

Created my first repo on codeberg.

First impression: really nice!

Second impression: really slow!

Third impression: HTTP 500 and just where did my repo go when I tried to rename it??? Fortunately it had barely anything in it.

So I filed an issue against . And they fixed the problem within the hour!!

Volunteer organization, operated out of Germany, where it is the middle of the night going into a long weekend.

Wow! I guess I need to figure out how to donate a bit to them.

CalcKey has a lot going for it. Really pretty UI and great customization options. CalcKey and Akkoma are doing something very different from Mastodon. Mastodon still has better controls around what you see and what you don't see. Which one is right for you? Only you can decide. Make an account and try it out for a few days. The fediverse has something for everyone.

I think I'm now done with migrating my mods to .org. https://codeberg.org/Wuzzy

The only mods I haven't migrated are old legacy mods I no longer maintain.

SystemError typedef for Node.js (gist)

https://codeberg.org/aral/gists/src/branch/main/SystemError.md

Node.js doesn’t expose the SystemError class in any way. This JSDoc type definition works around this limitation.

Update: Yeah, Node.js should really just expose the SystemError class because this is ridiculous.

Bookmarks in is a neat project I've been working on the last few days. Setting bookmark locations within the PowerShell console and quickly move into them as I have projects all over and got lazy typing them out.

I wrote about it in my post (29).

I'd like to thank @benjaminhollon
@RL_Dane
@sassdawe
@bjompen
@furicle
