Did you know that the integrated video player in the Gallery View of #NeoFinder plays MOV, MP4 formats, but also many AVI, MT2, M2TS, M2V, TS, MPG and MPEG files?
Copilot wrote me a script that duplicates a pretty deep tree structure of 16TB worth of footage, AND only copy over files in subfolders with "Proxy" in filename.
It would taky hours to do manually, prone to errors.
Brooke Lilek wrote a paper on America’s reflective horror movie topics. She shows how these films capitalize on current real-life fears. It’s interesting.
We wrapped principle photography last night! Got in a bit after 5am this morning, slept, then dragged myself out of bed and did a 30 minute #AppleFitness strength workout.
I may have time to make a brief appearance at @ByMUG before heading off to set for the last day of #FilmProduction / #FilmMaking before we put it all away and not look at it for two weeks, so we can see everything with fresh eyes and not seeing around the frame as we move into postproduction.
That's a wrap! Incredible day shooting an upcoming music video at Future Leap Clifton with the obscenely talented Dizraeli. Watch this space for the edit... 🌱☘️🌿
The new Future Leap film studio in Clifton rolled out the red (wait, green) carpet today for our music video shoot with Bristol's very own Dizraeli. Thank you, Future Leap! 10/10, would jettison incredible musician into space again.
Some photos from the set; the panorama on the bottom is where we shot the last, intense scene of the night Sunday. I marvel at actor’s abilities to find an emotion and go with it.
The location is delightfully creepy and we may be the last film to shoot there before it gets renovated. #FilmProduction#FilmMaking
Balancing creativity with budget constraints is an art in itself. These script tweaks offer practical insights for filmmakers seeking ways to optimise resources without compromising their story.
Some very cool sketches from costume designer Keeley Gunnell (Insta @keefashion_) who will be working on two upcoming action / horror projects with us. Super excited to see what she dreams up!
Day four of production ended just before 2am this morning with some extremely intense scenes. I have no idea how actors can turn their emotions on and off like that. Off to start Day05 of #FilmProduction / #FilmMaking
Monday: Slept in until mid-morning after yesterday's shoot, and woke up sore and exhausted. Started off with 200 seconds of plank, 50 pushups, followed by 5.3 km of #running (-2°C with a windchill of -5°C), in alarmingly bright sunlight to which I am not accustomed, picked up groceries, and then walked home.
When I said the location we were shooting in was creepy-looking, I wasn't kidding as the second photo shows. #FilmMaking
