You can be unhappy the Dems legitimized debt limit hostage-taking rather than minting the coin or invoking the 14th and also acknowledge that Biden quietly pantsed McCarthy by not giving him anything more than one might have expected in a normal budget process. (And maybe ended his speakership.)
In any "catastrophic default" preciptated by #Republicans' debt ceiling hostage-taking, the #GOP views its own supporters as collateral damage. Acceptable casualties. Expendables.
