I started watching the new season of Good Omens today. I'm two and a half episodes in, and it's pretty nice so far. Mostly, I just enjoy seeing Tennant and Sheen again in their roles. I'm still not sure what the season is actually about, but hopefully that will be clearer.
Who else is looking forward to #GoodOmens Season 2?
@neilhimself is hoping enough people watch it on Amazon that he can convince them to let him make Season 3, completing the story he planned with Terry Pratchett. He suggests an Amazon Prime free trial if you can't bear to give your money to them.
Note: I support the #WGAStrike, but I believe strongly in listening to the union on what they want us to do, and they have not called for a boycott yet.
I'm trying to convince my friend to sign up to Mastodon. She's an amazing artist and has great Good Omens/ #Sandman other fanart. She also started writing Good AUmens, an alternate universe story where #Crowley and #Aziraphale raise the antichrist themselves, but it's illustrated with golden accents, and the science boffins know that Au is the chemical symbol for gold.
Don't forget to stream Good Omens (Seasons 1 and 2), give them good ratings, keep sharing it across social media and support the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes to help make Season 3 happen! The writers and actors deserve a livable income and reasonable work hours/conditions, as well as the opportunity to make the high-quality art they want to share with the world 💚

I know I'm late to the party, they always did say I was a late bloomer and all, but Good Omens is really really good. I always did like Neil Gaiman's writing but it's another thing to binge watch season 1 of #GoodOmens. I mean the binge part was easy as I could not stop and now, here, after the finale I really have to see how a season 2 can be a thing right?
