Wie die lokalen Netzbetreiber die Solarbranche schikanieren
Im Juni war unsere PV-Anlage fertig auf dem Dach montiert. Sie ist vollständig registriert und der Antrag auf Einspeisung ist gestellt.
Im September haben wir einen Termin bekommen, wo der Zähler getauscht werden sollte, weil der aktuelle rückwärtslaufen kann (was in vielen anderen Ländern übrigens überhaupt kein Problem ist).
Im September kommt dann also ein sehr unfreundlicher Mensch, im Auftrag des lokalen Netzbetreibers, ohne einen Zähler mitgebracht zu haben.
Er erzählt mir sofort, die Firma, die meine Anlage installiert hat, kenne er schon, da braucht er gar keinen Zähler mitzubringen.
Also schreibt er direkt mal einen Mängelbericht, kassiert 170 € und verschwindet wieder. Nächster Termin ist im November, so lange wird unsere Anlage keinen Strom produzieren.
Was hat er gefunden, fragt ihr euch jetzt bestimmt.
Der Zähler hat keine Schiene, auf der man den neuen Zähler direkt aufstecken kann.
Das 2 Meter lange Kabel, von der Hauserde zum Hausanschluss, ist 10 mm², das muss angeblich auf 16 mm^2 erhöht werden.
Zwei absolute Lappalien, die man in 10 Minuten hätte beheben können.
Nichts davon stellt für den Betrieb dieser Anlage wirklich ein Problem dar.
Unser PV-Installateur hat uns bestätigt, das ist bei einigen Netzbetreibern (insbesondere unserem) mittlerweile der Standard. Die kommen ohne Zähler, finden irgendwelche Kleinigkeiten (bei jedem Kunden was anders), kassieren ihre 170 € und verschwinden wieder.
Das sind übrigens fast immer lokale Elektriker, die von den Netzbetreibern beauftragt werden.
Ich habe unseren deshalb gefragt, was er denn da so für Erfahrungen gemacht hätte, darauf hat er geantwortet, wenn das ein lokaler Elektriker macht, gibt es nie Probleme.
Das lasse ich jetzt einfach mal so stehen.
Ich möchte nicht wissen, wie viele Anlagen es wegen solchem Verhalten in Deutschland aktuell gibt, die komplett fertig installiert sind, aber keinen Strom liefern, weil der Netzbetreiber die Inbetriebnahme so lange wie möglich verhindert.
